Refund policy

A LITTLE MERCH — RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Every item from A Little Merch is made to order through our production partner, Printful. That means each piece is created just for you — not pulled from a warehouse. Because of that, returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

We have a 30-day issue window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to report a problem with your item.

To start a return or report a problem, contact us at info@alittlemerch.ca.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short note explaining what’s wrong

If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions and a return shipping label.

All returns are handled through Printful’s facility — we’ll provide the exact return address once your case is approved.

⚠️ Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your gear when it lands.

If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item, email info@alittlemerch.ca right away so we can make it right — refund or replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Since every product is custom-printed on demand, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color choice

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Sale items or gift cards

Only defective, misprinted, or incorrect items qualify for replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

You’ll need to place a new order once your original issue (if any) is resolved.

We don’t hold inventory or swap items post-production.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason.

To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed by Printful, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@alittlemerch.ca so we can check on it.
